For some of us the key to these desires rings loud and clear. It drives our motivation. It fuels our determination and the love of what we do and how we do it. Still for others, these internally deep rooted yearnings and needs are buried far below the noise of our every day to day life. Below our true self or persona and our ego. Below the fear, below the social pressures and cultural norms that we face daily… and thus, even though they are the elements that will define us, even though they are the resolution to a lifetime of mysteries, questions and a means to  stop all of the uncontrollable drama and unwanted baggage, they are very rarely addressed or even explored. Life is nothing more than an adventurous journey and now is the time to prepare for the Journey of Your Life!

10.   SURRENDER IS THE ESSENCE OF A HAPPY LIFE. Letting go is not giving up.   Letting go is surrendering any obsessive attachment to particular people, outcomes and situations.   Surrender means waking up or showing up every day in your life with the intention to be your best self, and to do the best you know how, without expecting life to go a certain way.   Have goals, have dreams, aspire and take purposeful action, but detach from what life must look like. Set reasonable goals for yourself. The energy of someone aspiring to create their dreams, teamed with passion and knowledge, is far more powerful and creative than someone determined to create outcomes with a blind and desperate ‘must have’ or ‘know it all’ mentality.
